No Added Sugar Challenge Day 3

Day 3 down! Once I’ve made it this far, I know that I will complete it. I feel a lot more confident about the whole thing. I made bread, one of my favorite recipes, and just didn’t include the sweetener and it was still amazing.

Calorie-wise I was still high, but much better than yesterday! Tomorrow will be better than today, and so I shall improve as time goes on. I am feeling very optimistic about everything.

This morning I went to a super intense heated yoga class with weights and I think that helps me feel like I am making progress.

Anyway, I’m feeling good today.
